Logan City’s 25 year transportation master plan is now ready for public review. The city’s public works director Mark Nielson says because some neighborhoods will be impacted, details of the proposed plan will be taken to neighborhood council meetings. On KVNU’s Crosstalk show last week, Nielson said one major issue will be whether major traffic should be moved from 200 North to 400 North. He says Tenth north already carries a lot of traffic, but in 25 years it’s scheduled to be a major five-lane corridor from 10th West to 12th East.Nielson is encouraging residents to tale a look at the transportation plan which is available at City Hall or on the Logan City website; www.logancity.org
