The former Chief of Staff for the U.S. Joint Committee on Taxation will speak at a Utah State University Partners in Business seminar on Wednesday, October 21st. Harry “Hank” Gutman, who was the primary non-partisan advisor to the House Ways and Means Committee concerning the technical, economic and revenue aspects of tax legislation, will be the keynote speaker at the 33rd annual Partners in Business Intermountain Accounting Seminar. The seminar is open to the public and it will be held at the USU Eccles Conference Center. The cost is $185.
