A music therapy benefit concert will be presented Thursday at 7 pm in the Utah State University Performance Hall. The concert is being organized by Jesi Jerman, a Music Therapy student and President of the USU Music Therapy Student Association. Jerman says the proceeds will go toward the purchase of new instruments and equipment for USU’s Music Therapy program. Scholarships are another objective. Students involved with the music therapy program at Utah Sate, including alumni, will share their love for music with the audience. Jerman says the sweet, smooth sounds of jazz, classical and original composition will be the highlight of a music event for those who want to be filled with meaning and inspiration.
