David Locke new radio voice of Utah Jazz

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — The Utah Jazz have named David Locke as the team’s new play-by-play radio announcer. Locke replaces “Hot” Rod Hundley, who retired at the end of last season after 35 years with the team. Locke will continue his radio show, “Locked On Sports,” on 1320 KFAN as well as taking over the Jazz broadcasting duties. Locke was the radio voice for the Seattle SuperSonics for one season and the WNBA’s Seattle Storm. Before moving to Washington, he was the television/radio announcer for the Utah Starzz of the WNBA. Jazz president Randy Rigby says the team plans to honor Hundley once the season begins.
