BRIGHAM CITY, Utah (AP) – Box Elder commissioners are considering moving the Box Elder Justice Court next to the jail. Representatives of Salt Lake City-based GSBS Architects told commissioners during a work session this week that putting jails and justice courts together can improve security and let both facilities share staff.
