LOGAN – Just days following the announcement that Tim Duryea was let go as head coach of the USU basketball team, junior guard DeAngelo Isby took to Twitter to announce that he would be requesting a release from the program.
In his tweet, Isby thanked the coaching staff, his teammates and fans and said he has requested his release and will not be returning.

Isby came to USU as a junior college transfer and spent one season with the team. He played in 28 games, averaging 8.4 points and 2.9 rebounds per game.
