The most recent report shows that four in every 30,000 homes were in foreclosure in Cache Countyin September which is up from less than one in every 10,000 one month earlier.
The unemployment rate in Box Elder County remained at 3.6 percent in September according to the Utah Department of Workforce Services. In the same report, approximately 10 in every 10,000 homes in Box Elder County were in foreclosure in September, down from 15 in every 10,000 in August.
