Music by Ryan Shupe and the Rubberband will be a highlight when Logan City hosts its 2015 Freedom Fire Independence Day celebration and fireworks show on Friday, July 3 at Utah State University’s Maverik Stadium.
Mayor Craig Petersen is encouraging people to bring their family, friends, neighbors and fellow Americans to celebrate the greatest country on the earth at the local patriotic program. The Maverik Stadium ticket office opens at 9 a.m., gates open and entertainment begins at 7 p.m., and fireworks by Logan’s-own Fireworks West will start at dark. The celebration ends with a concert and laser show.
In addition to Ryan Shupe and the Rubberband, entertainment will be presented by the Tueller School of Dance, an aerial assault trampoline demonstration, Freedom Fire Anthem Idol finalist performances and winner announcement.
There will also be Honor Guard and military tributes. Tickets are available at the Logan Community Recreation Center, the Logan Aquatic Center, Cache Valley Visitors Bureau, the USU Spectrum ticket office and online.
