Andersen adds current and former Aggie coaches to staff at Oregon State

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Oregon State’s Gary Andersen has added Dave Baldwin as offensive coordinator and Kevin McGiven as quarterbacks coach.

The Beavers announced the staff additions Sunday.

Baldwin spent the last three seasons as offensive coordinator at Colorado State. He previously worked with Andersen as offensive coordinator at Utah State from 2009-11, and had stints as a head coach at San Jose State and Cal State Northridge.

McGiven has been Utah State’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the past two seasons. Before that he served in the same capacity at Montana State.

Baldwin and McGiven join assistant head coach and defensive coordinator Kalani Sitake, wide receivers coach Brett Brennan, offensive line coach T.J. Woods, defensive line coach Chad Kauha’aha’a, linebackers coach Ilaisa Tuiaki, and defensive backs coach Derrick Odum.
