Annual Thanksgiving inter-faith service promotes Nourishing the Spirit

The 11th annual inter-faith Thanksgiving Service will be presented Sunday, November 24 starting at 7 p.m. in the Logan Tabernacle. The theme this year is “Nourishing the Spirit.”

Members of various faiths will give short talks related to the theme and everyone is invited to attend. Dean Quayle is a member of Cache Community Connections which sponsors the annual event.

“Cache Community Connections is an inter-faith organization,” Quayle explains, “that was organized shortly after 9-11 to promote harmony and goodness in the community and overcome some of the negative challenges that were present following that tragedy.

“It has been a successful organization for the past many years and we hope it will continue on for a long time.”

Quayle says the Imperial Glee Club will be singing several numbers at the Sunday service.
