<strong>LOGAN –</strong> A 3.6 magnitude earthquake was felt through areas of Cache Valley Thursday morning. The quake occurred at 10:19 a.m. The <a href=”http://quake.utah.edu/req2webdir/recenteqs/Quakes/uu60041537.html” target=”_blank”>University of Utah seismograph station</a> in Salt Lake City reported the quake’s epicenter was 7 miles north-east of Paradise at a depth of 3 miles.
While the earthquake was felt throughout Cache Valley, Cache County Dispatch says there have been no reports of any damage.
The quake occurred at the same time a major earthquake drill was being held throughout the country. The “Great Shake Out” drill was a global exercise, held at 10:17 a.m., in each time zone. More than 24 million people in the United States signed up to participate.
