Golf legend Billy Casper visiting Logan for 2012 Fore Kids Golf Tournament and Benefit Dinner

Logan– Billy Casper is an honored guest at the 2012 Fore Kids Golf Tournament on Friday, July 27 at Birch Creek Golf Course in Smithfield and at a Benefit Dinner and Auction on Thursday, July 26 at 6:30 p.m. at the Logan River Golf Course Clubhouse.

Both events are hosted by Logan Regional Hospital Foundation. Proceeds help provide vital services and equipment for children with special needs who receive care at Logan Regional Pediatric Rehabilitation, which provides much-needed long-term therapy and rehabilitation for dozens of Cache Valley children with special needs. Without local pediatric rehabilitation services, parents would go to Layton or Salt Lake City to find the level of specialized physical and play therapy available at Logan Regional.

Casper’s achievements in golf have been considerably chronicled by the media, in books, and in the minds of millions of fans around the world. Since he joined the PGA Tour in 1956, and in the years that followed on the Senior PGA Tour, Casper has been known as one of the most accomplished golfers to ever play the game, recently named among the Top 20 players ever by Sports Illustrated magazine.
