Making Green More Macho topic of next marketing association meeting

Two recognized marketing professionals will be featured speakers when the Utah Chapter of the American Marketing Association holds its next meeting from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4 at the Riverwooods Conference Center, 640 South 35 East in Logan. Green Marketing expert, professor Ed Stafford of the Utah State University Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, will give a presentation entitled “Making Green More Macho.” Jill Parker, public relations director for the Bear River Health Department, will talk about how she has often gotten big results on a small budget from using social media.Scott Squires, vice president for regional outreach for the chapter, says those attending will have a chance to meet and network with fellow marketing professionals from throughout the state. Lunch is $10 at the door and for full-time USU students the cost is $5.
