If new Cache County Council chairman Gordon Zilles had his way the county would go back to a five-day work week. Zilles says it would be hard to do that now because the state is on a four-day work week and the county would not have access to the Division of Motor Vehicles computers on Friday. He would personally like to see county offices open five days a week but with some working a staggered schedule so that someone would be there at 7 a.m. and as late as 6 p.m. In his opinion, that would give the public the, “best of both worlds.”
