Haws: improve communication and morale

There is a communication gap between the administration and the hourly employees in Logan City according to Marc Haws who says, if elected Mayor of Logan, he will work hard to correct that situation.Haws has worked for 23 years in he city’s parks and recreation department and he received a degree in business administration four years ago. He says the lack of communication is resulting in poor morale for many hourly employees.If elected, Haws says he will make sure administrators get some education in communication skills so they will listen to their employees and ask for their ideas. In addition to Haws, Mike Morrill and John P. Clay are challenging incumbent Mayor Randy Watts.
